Little Bit of Heaven

My alternative twist on the Italian dessert from the liguria region. A gluten free chiffon cake, marsala buttercream and amaretto coconut cream filling, Espresso buttercream frosting and covered with crushed almond lace cookies. Sweetened with maple sugar and turbinado sugar.
